A few problems on the documentation sites.

Is the main font size used correct? It seems smaller than it should be.

It looks like the images have not been unpacked for they are not appearing.

Is there a reason for not running doxygen to produce the api documents? This happened with the previous rc releases. It is very useful to have this information available online.
