Hi all,
i experiment a blocking problem in the following circonstances :

- if i crawl my site in http, all works fine
- if i crawl my site in https, all works fine
- if i crawl my site again in http, the site is totally unreachable, i have a script timeout php error, and it is impossible to run ezcache.php to empty the cache, i get a segmentation fault.

haw can i run into that ? does anyone know this problem ?
how can i empty the cache manually ?

thanks for any help

Hi Franck and welcome to Exponential Community,

Could you provide more information about your environment, Exponential version, as well as error messages from web server logs.

Make sure that your environment meets Exponential requirements, like CLI PHP enabled, PHP version, etc.

<i>how can i empty the cache manually ?</i>

You just remove everything from var/cache and var/(site)/cache (don't remove storage folder!).
