The override.ini chosen FOR ALL site accesses of a site design is the one belonging to the site access chosen at setup time. 2. override.ini - for the admin site design seems to become compromised by override settings in other custom site designs, if at setup time YOU INITIALLY CALL A CUSTOM SITE DESIGN. Since I am not shure if others encounter these two problems, I still hesitate to issue another bug report.
