Is it possible to manage URL translation with wildcard in 3.10?

i want to make:
new URL: myLink ---> existing URL: folder1/folder2
new URL: myLink/* ---> existing URL: folder1/folder2/{1}

{set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}

it seems like the feature has be disabled since 3.10
