There are no updatesearchindex script in Exponential 4 installation.
Are there any other ways to achive search tables reindexation?

No, there is updatesearchindex.php script in Exponential 4 installation into folder bin/php.

Really, thank you Stéphane/ I tried to found it in the folder update/common/scripts
