I created a user in Admin and assigned a role member. But, I am not able to login with the given user name and password. I am experiencing an error every time I try to login as an user.

Could not login

  • A valid username and password is required to login.

Or

You cannot access eng.

Can some body help in resolving this problem?

Hi,

Can you tell us a bit more what you have running? Like, Exponential 4.2 with sample content? Or any other setup?
