I am just trying out Exponential 4.2 but where has the pagelayout.tpl gone from the ezflow extension???

Is it using something else now? I've been creating site styles as extensions, editing the pagelayout.tpl to show what I want where I want... will this approach work in 4.2?

I'm worried I'll have to redo all my sites if/when I upgrade...

Hi,

First of all could you update topic for this message to make it more revenant with your questions. It is misleading.

Together with changes implemented in the Website Interface 1.4, eZ Flow since version 1.1 relay on the ezwebin pagelayout. So this thing is not new in the eZ Flow 2.0. It was introduced one major release back. It is like that, because of reusability and maintenance.

eZ Flow is depending on Website Interface, and you have to upgrade both.

Hi Łukasz

Is that title better?

thanks for clarifying where ezflow gets the pagelayout.tpl from.

I didn't upgrade to 4.1, mainly because 4.0.6 was more stable, so I missed those amendments...

Thanks again

Where does this come into play now?

"Change between "sidemenu"/"nosidemenu" and "extrainfo"/"noextrainfo" to switch display of side columns on or off"
